How long are your estimates valid?

Our estimates are typically valid for 30 days. Occasionally, due to unforseen changes to special order items (metal roof, vinyl siding, etc.) they may be subject to changes even within that timeframe. If you have an estimate that’s more than 30 days old, please call us to confirm the current price.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments in Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard. A 3% upcharge is made on all credit card payments.

Do you offer financing or rent-to-own?

Yes! We offer 100% financing (pending credit approval) through RTO National. We also offer Rent to Own through BLI Rentals LLC (no credit check). Payments are low monthly payments up to 60 months, or 90 days same as cash.
